Q. Do you provide a delivery guarantee?

A. Yes - Delivery is guaranteed. If your order does not arrive within 20 days after shipment, your order will be resent at no cost or the amount charged for your order will be refunded (per request).

A. For orders with a total products cost over US$300, Standard SHIPPING will be FREE.

Q. What if my order does not arrive?

A. The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is very low (less than 1%).  Drugstore Online Pharmacy offers you a delivery guarantee - your order will be sent one more time or we will reimburse you in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you, provided the delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct.
